Implementations are the most crucial stage of the customer journey. Ensuring the initial experience with Flowhub is positive is the most important variable to a customer successful using our product. 

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator that will work with the Implementation Project Managers to ensure new clients adopt and successfully implement the Flowhub platform. You will help perform the initial setup and data entry, as well as act as a resource for support until our dispensary partners have started making sales on the platform.

You are a self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment. You are capable of scoping, managing and completing projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities 

  • Data Standardization - Organize, massage and standardize customer data from previous point-of-sale software to fit Flowhub standard format. The includes partnering with the main point of contact to help fill in any missing data points.
  • Continually Optimize the Deployment Process - Update the Deployment process as new versions of software are released or company initiatives change. Continually review internal processes to optimize efficiency for both Flowhub and our customers. 
  • Product Support - Provide support for customers between stages to ensure all tasks are complete.
  • Account Auditing - Auditing accounts during the deployment phases and proactively reaching out to dispensary partners with updates during the implementation process.
  • Schedule Optimization - Help schedule meetings with customers to keep them on track and maintain the launch timeline.
  • Provide Development Feedback - Relay information discovered by yourself or feedback submitted by customers about our software or associated workflows to the appropriate product teams.
  • Influence Decisions - Understand all aspects of the implementation process and help drive company decisions and drive efficiency.
  • Internal tasks - Including but not limited to: Account creation, creating Flowhub environments, completing backend setup tasks, separating location data.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of excellence
  • Proficient in G-Suite software, email, and easily adaptable to new technology 
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience  
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer facing role
  • A genuine interest and excitement in delivering remarkable customer experiences 

Compensation: $50k
