Where can I order Flowhub hardware?
See a full selection of Flowhub compatible hardware on Venture's website, including Nug Ultra® mobile devices, Windows or Apple bundles, as well as any individual hardware you need to run your dispensary.

How do I contact Venture?
Venture is committed to offering service during regular business hours Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

How long does my hardware take to ship?
If your hardware order is placed before 3 pm, in-stock hardware ships out the same day and arrives within 3-4 business days. Venture also offers 2-day and overnight shipping options if you need your hardware sooner.
How do I return hardware?
To return hardware, your product must be unopened and factory-sealed for a return within 30 days. For open/used products, returns are typically accepted, but this is assessed on a case-by-case basis (age, condition) and may be subject to a restocking fee.
What happens if my hardware breaks?
If you encounter a situation with a hardware defect or DOA (dead on arrival) product, contact Venture and they will have the manufacturer confirm the defect and provide a case number to initiate a replacement.
What kind of financing options does Venture offer?
Venture works with a financing partner that specializes in the cannabis industry to enable you to finance your hardware products.
What if the hardware I want/have isn’t on the provided list of compatible hardware?
Flowhub works with most Windows and Apple products. Flowhub is not compatible with Android devices. If you have a Windows or Apple device, or any device (excluding Android) not listed on this page, reach out to the Flowhub support team at help@flowub.com to assess compatibility.
