What are Alaska marijuana laws and regulations?
Alaska’s adult-use cannabis industry is regulated by the Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office (AMCO), and the medical side is regulated by the Medical Marijuana Registry. Alaska uses Metrc as their state marijuana tracking system. Alaska does not have any purchase limits on marijuana products, but adults over 21 are only allowed to possess up to one ounce of marijuana. Adults can also grow up to six plants as long as at least three are not flowering.
