Frequently Asked Questions
Greet is available on iOS devices including iPhones, iPads, and comes pre-installed on Flowhub’s exclusive Nug scanner. You can download Greet from the App Store here.
Greet scans all state-issued IDs, including physical driver’s licenses and IDs, as well as digital IDs in states that support them. In Mississippi, Greet also scans medical marijuana cards, with support for additional medical card states coming soon. Passport scanning isn’t available yet, but we’re actively working to add this functionality in the future!
Yes! Greet integrates with VeriScan to streamline customer check-ins. When an ID is scanned with VeriScan, it automatically creates a Flowhub customer profile and checks the customer into the queue. To enable this integration, your store must have an active Greet subscription and be set up with VeriScan.
