Our sales team is a highly motivated and energetic group of remarkable people that drive revenue and create new business. We utilize a Business Development, Sales Executive, and Account Management department structure and are putting the pieces in place to create a robust and world-class sales organization.

Sales is the variable that most affects a company’s success and ability to make the moves it wants to. As a result, we hold our Sales Development Reps to a high standard of professionalism, communication, and accountability. Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ cold calls per day into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Quickly learn the Flowhub platform, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
  • Educate and develop prospects to set appointments and demos for sales team by understanding pain points, requirements, and business value
  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in SalesForce.com
  • Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Display a high level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company



Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven excellence in sales development or inside sales preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with SalesForce.com, Outreach, Slack, and the Google suite
