Role Brief:

Sales is the variable that most affects a company’s success and ability to make the moves it wants to. As a result, we hold our Customer Success Managers to a high standard of professionalism, communication, and accountability. As a Customer Success manager, you will ensure the success of your assigned accounts. You will work one on one to understand your customers needs and goals and help them achieve them. You will manage a cadence of communication with your clients and occasionally meet in person and facilitate customer projects.

  • Manage Relationships. Regularly meet with your customers to maintain and strengthen their relationship with Flowhub.

  • Customer's Success. Understand your customer's goals and ensure they are achieved.

  • A demonstrated track record of excellence

  • 2+ previous experience in a lead generation role

  • Proficient in office software, email, and easily adaptable to new technology
